Attendees of the InfoRAD section of RSNA […] who permanently ringed the authors’ exhibit […] weren’t just looking at a real-time interactive atlas of neuroanatomy and neuroradiology […]. They were looking into the future.

Dale A. Charletta on the VOXEL-MAN three-dimensional atlas of the human skull and brain. It formed the basis for later, greatly extended 3D atlases of anatomy and radiology, as well as PC-based versions such as the VOXEL-MAN 3D-Navigator: Brain and Skull.
